The local elections on 3 August 2016 people of Tshwane have the chance to make history. The people can thus create thru constitutional means lot of smaller municipalities in Tshwane.
Smaller municipalities we believe that service delivery and municipal corruption can be halted and overcome. The smaller the entity the easier it is to fine the rood of the problems. Bigger Metros and municipalities around the country is too big and lumpy and so can corruption and bad service delivery be easier to hide.
Smaller municipalities mean communities can start delivering for themselves.

AMCO proposes that Tshwane must be become and Federal Capital like Washington D.C and ACT Canberra
AMCO still believes that Tshwane should be divided into smaller local municipalities. But believes that after that the District Municipality that will be created must become Federal Capital Territory like an Washington DC in the United States , Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Canberra and Brussels in Belgium.
The Federal Capital Territory will have the same status as the Provinces.
AMCO will propose this if they are elected into the council at Wednesday 3 August 2016 Local Elections.
